Don’t pay extra for electricity when you don’t have to!
- Nightly $60 (1-night)
- Weekly $300 (7-nights)
- Monthly $650 - $700 (dependent on location)
All rates include: Electric, Sewer, Water, and Wi-Fi and our rates don’t change with the seasons.
Rates are based on: 4 people; 1 RV/trailer; and 2 vehicles per site. Additional people, vehicles and trailers, of any type, must be approved by management and are subject to additional fees.
RV’s over 7 years of age must be approved by management.

Cargo trailers, boats, golf carts etc. must be approved by management.

No refunds or transfer of reservation dates or occupants.
Deposits:
- Stays of 7 nights or less require payment in full to hold the site.
- Stays of 7 night or more require $175 deposit to hold the site.
- Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to your site fee upon arrival. We are not able to hold sites for longer than two weeks.
