GENERAL REGULATIONS
Our goal is to make visiting Ron Hoover Oasis RV Park an enjoyable experience for all our guests. As a park that offers extended (monthly) stays it is important that we provide extensive, detailed rules and regulations to assure that Park remains safe, in good condition and maintains the RV park atmosphere and attractive appearance.

SITE FEES: The amount the guest pays for the use of the site on a daily, weekly or extended stay (monthly) basis.
Site fees include: Four (4) people; one (1) RV/trailer; and two (2) vehicles per site. Additional people, vehicles and trailers, of any type, must be approved by management and are subject to additional fees.
Monthly site fees (extended stay) are due the 1st of each month and considered late on the 4th of the month. (3-day grace period)
Weekly site fees (Weekly means 7 nights.) are due on the day the guest arrived each week. There is no grace period. (Example: If you arrive on Wednesday your site fee is due on Wednesday each week.)
Daily (nightly) site fees are due each day. There is no grace period for daily/nightly fees.
No refunds or transfer of reservation dates or occupants.
Park will assess a $35.00 late fee plus $5.00 for each day past the due date.
Park will not accept partial payment of fees or charges.
LATE FEES: Any fee assessed if the site fee is not paid within the grace period.

SITES: The RV slab which you were leased and the small piece of land on the side of the site where your RV door opens.
Each site has a small piece of grass area included in their site fee. DO NOT park in, or place your belongings in the neighbor’s grass area.
Do not walk through (except to maintain your RV) or let your pet into the neighbor’s grass area.
Do not let belongings wander into the neighbor’s grass area. BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR.
Sites MUST be kept clean and neat. Items around your RV must be kept to a minimum, kept organized and off the grass allowing the landscapers to mow.
Alterations to a site is prohibited unless approved by management.
- No outdoor freezers or refrigerators, window units, storage buildings, porches, tarps, canopies, tents, etc. are permitted without written park management approval.
VEHICLES: Any form of transportation.
- The speed limit is 5 MPH throughout Park– Please observe. (There are children playing.)
- DO NOT park or leave anything in empty sites without the park managers permission.
- Someone may be pulling into that site at any time day or night. Get permission, please.
- Golf carts, scooters, ATVs, motorcycles, cargo trailers, boats, etc. must be approved by management PRIOR to their arrival.
- Use of ATVs, motorcycles or other off-road type vehicles is prohibited ANYWHERE in the park.
- Street legal motorcycles may be driven from your site or storage to the public street using the most direct route. Speed limit must be observed.
- Reckless driving of any type of vehicle will not be allowed.
NOISE: No loud music in the park at any time. Noise should be kept to a minimum at all times.
- RV walls are thin and we never who is working days or nights. As respect to all the guest in the park noise should be kept to a minimum at all times.
- Loud music / bass (The low boom, boom sound emitted from some types of music) is NOT permitted within park at any time.
- Turn down loud music when entering the park.
- Loud vehicles, including motorcycles, may not be left running for longer than 2 minutes within the park for any reason. No revving of vehicles or motorcycles.
CHILDREN: Person(s) age 17 years of age and under.
- Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (Age 18 or over) at all times, in all areas.
- Children under the age of 18 must be at their sites or accompanied by an adult (Age 18 or over), between the hours of 9 PM and 8 AM.
- No skateboarding, scooter riding, rollerblading, bicycle riding, or playing in the concrete ditch(s).
- Children play at their own risk anywhere on the Ron Hoover Property. We are surrounded by nature so there are possibilities of alligators, snakes, skunks, foxes, coyotes, possums, etc.
- Children under the age of 16 may not drive any type of vehicle on Ron Hoover property.
VISITORS: Any person(s) invited to visit a registered guest or occupant at Ron Hoover Oasis RV Park for less than 5 consecutive nights or 15 non-consecutive nights in a month.
- Guest’s take full responsibility for visitors’ safety and conduct while at the park.
- Visitors must be accompanied by the guest at all times while in the park.
- Any visitor staying more than 5 consecutive nights or 15 non-consecutive nights in a month are considered occupants and must be registered with the office.
- OCCUPANTS: Any person(s) staying in the registered guest’s RV for longer than 5 consecutive nights or 15 non-consecutive nights in a month.
All occupants must be on listed on the Site Service Agreement and registered with the office
